Search Results

The Change Management Search Results screen displays the following data for each ticket that matched the search:

  • Planned Start Date - The date on which the change request is scheduled to start.
  • Planned End Date - The date on which the change request is scheduled to end.
  • Change Ticket Number - If the ticket type is non-MRG or MRG Manual (that is, the ticket is neither MRG Proactive nor MRG Scheduled), then this value will be shown as a hyperlink which you can select to open the View/Update Change Management Ticket screen for the ticket. Otherwise, it is displayed as static text.
  • Task Number(s) - For MRG tickets, this field may have multiple values, each of which is a hyperlink which you can select to open the View/Update Change Management Task screen for the task. This field is not applicable to non-MRG tickets.
  • Approval Status - For MRG tickets, this field displays the approval status for each task. For non-MRG tickets, this field contains the text "Approval Not Needed".
  • Acknowledge Status - For MRG tickets, this field displays the acknowledge status. This field is not applicable to non-MRG tickets.
  • Impacted Asset - For MRG tickets, this field displays the Circuit ID. For non-MRG tickets, this field displays the text "View Change Ticket"; to view the impacted Circuit ID, CER name, IP address, etc, select the Change Ticket # hyperlink for the ticket to open the View/Update Change Management Ticket screen.
  • Change Ticket Status - The ticket status.
  • Notification Type - For MRG tickets, this field displays the MRG notification type. For non-MRG tickets, this field contains the text "Other Scheduled".
  • Customer Impacting - If the Business Risk field is Disruptive, then this field displays "Yes"; otherwise it displays "No".
  • Ticket Last Modified Date - The date and time the ticket was last modified.
