• Quick Task Tiles - Regular Users:
  • Ticket Status and Summary - Check your ticket status by Ticket Number or Ticket Alias.
  • Report a Trouble - Open a ticket for a Circuit ID, Circuit TFN/Alias, Phone Number, or DLCI/MCN.
  • Alarms and Testing - Check an alarm, or run/schedule a test, on a Circuit ID, Circuit Alias, or DLCI/MCN.
  • Communication - Read the Message of the Day or see what's new under Try This Feature.
