Org Group/MCN Selection

You must select an Org Group or MCN in this section. If you are provisioned for Transport Services, two radio buttons are displayed: Org Group and MCN. If you are not provisioned for Transport Services, you will see the static label "Org Group" with a selection list of Org Groups to the right.
  • Org Group - When this radio button is selected, the list to the right contains Org Groups that you are authorized to view. You can select one or more Org Groups. If you are provisoned to view fewer than 1,000 Org Groups, the first option in the list is All. If you are provisoned to view 1,000 or more MCNs, you can use the Prev and Next links to navigate between lists of Org Groups.
  • MCN - When this radio button is selected, the list to the right contains Master Customer Numbers (MCNs) that you are authorized to view. You can select one or more MCNs. If you are provisoned to view fewer than 1,000 MCNs, the first option in the list is All. If you are provisoned to view 1,000 or more MCNs, you can use the Prev and Next links to navigate between lists of MCNs.
  • Asset ID - When the Org Group radio button is selected, this text box is available for entering an Asset ID. You can search by Asset ID and Org Group, but not by Asset ID and MCN.
  • Circuit ID - When the MCN radio button is selected, this text box is available. To enter a Circuit ID, select the checkbox and enter the Circuit ID in the text box.

Change Ticket Details

The search criteria in this section are optional.
  • Open Date - Use these fields to specify of date range of when tickets were opened.
  • Planned Change Ticket Date - Use these fields to specify of date range of when change requests are planned.
  • Ticket Type - Select a radio button to search for open tickets, closed tickets, or both.

The Submit - When this button is clicked, the system will validate all of the required fields. If any are missing, they will all be displayed at once in a Java alert window. If the request is successful, the Change Management Search Results window opens.
