Change Management Search Ticket Result
About AT&T eMaintenance
The Change Management Search Ticket Result screen displays some or all of the following fields for each ticket that matched the search, depending on how you are provisioned:
  • Planned Start Date - The date on which the change request is scheduled to start.
  • Planned End Date - The date on which the change request is scheduled to end.
  • Change Ticket Number - Hyperlink to open the View/Update Change Management Ticket screen for the ticket.
  • Ticket Status
  • Summary
  • Description
