User Information

The following fields are retrieved from your AT&T BusinessDirect user profile and are read-only in this screen.
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Street
  • City
  • State
  • Zip Code
  • Country
  • Room
  • Phone
  • Floor
  • Contact Hours

User Preferences

Note: This section appears only if you are provisioned for Voice and Data (transport) Services.

You can select checkboxes to enable or disable informational pop-up windows. The list of windows may include:

  • Disable warning messages when searching through large amounts of data.
  • Disable ticket creation confirmation message.
  • Suppress EFMS Disconnect Tickets.
  • Disable RPM Monitor Ticket Message.
  • Disable Client Ticket Number warning message.

The Session Length drop-down list lets you select the time interval after which your Managed Services login will time out:

  • 6 hours
  • 12 hours (the default)
  • 1 day
  • 7 days
  • 14 days
  • 30 days

To activate your user preferences, select the Update Profile command button at the bottom of the View/Edit User Profile screen.

Provisioned User Information

This section displays the following provisioned user information:
  • Type of User: e.g., Regular or Company Administrator
  • Nework Services: Voice and Data Services you are provisioned for, if any
  • Privileges: e.g., Ticket Auto-Status Notification

To activate your user preferences, select the Update Profile command button at the bottom of the View/Edit User Profile screen.

Authorized Functional Area, Company/Client Name or Customer Code & Customer Name, Org Group, and Services Lines

Note: This section appears only if you are provisioned for Managed Services. Different headers and column titles display based on how you are provisioned.

This section lists the Functional Areas, Client/Company Names or Customer Code & Customer Name, Org Groups (Account IDs), and associated Service Lines for which you are provisioned. All fields are read-only.

Command Buttons

The following command buttons are at the bottom of the View/Edit User Profile screen:
  • Update Profile saves the changes you made in the User Preferences section to your user profile.
  • Administer MCNs opens a window where you can add and remove MCNs to and from an MCN group.
  • Administer BES BANs opens a window where you can add and remove BES BANs to and from a BES BAN group.
  • View Managed Services and Products opens a window that lists your provisioned managed services and their accompanying products.
  • Reset Form restores the User Preferences options to their state when the View/Update User Profile screen was last opened.
  • Cancel closes the View/Edit User Profile screen without saving changes to the User Preferences section.
