Managed Services Search Ticket Screens

When you select Search Ticket in the top navigation bar, the next screen is determined by your user profile, as follows:
  • If you are not provisioned for Change Management tickets, you are directed to the Managed Services Search Ticket screen. Click here for help on this screen.
  • If you are provisioned for Change Management tickets, you are directed to a Search page that presents these two radio buttons at the top:
    • Search for Trouble Tickets is the default option. When this option is selected, the Managed Services Search Ticket screen is displayed.
    • When the Search for Change Management Tickets option is selected, the Change Management Search Ticket screen is displayed. Click here for help on this screen.
