Many of the screens have Quick Help that is available.
If a question mark is visible at the right side of a blue bar that divides sections of the screen, Quick Help is
available for the section.
The Quick Help can be displayed by clicking the question mark: .
To dismiss the Quick Help, click the question mark again.
From the Help menu of the application, the user can select either
Show Quick Help (opens all Quick Help) or Hide Quick Help
(hides all Quick Help).
