E-Mail Notification 
About AT&T eMaintenance
 
When the e-mail notification option is ON, the backend ticketing system sends e-mail messages to the E-Mail Address <userEmail> whenever the ticket enters the following states:
  • QUEUED
  • ACTIVE
  • DEFERRED
  • CLEARED
  • RTC
  • CANCEL
  • CLOSED
The e-mail message includes the following fields:
  • AT&T Ticket Number
  • Ticket Opened
  • Updated
  • Ticket Status
  • Link to AT&T BusinessDirect login screen for the detailed ticket information
