When the e-mail notification option is ON, the backend ticketing system sends
e-mail messages to the E-Mail Address <userEmail> whenever the ticket enters the
following states:
- QUEUED
- ACTIVE
- DEFERRED
- CLEARED
- RTC
- CANCEL
- CLOSED
The e-mail message includes the following fields:
- AT&T Ticket Number
- Ticket Opened
- Updated
- Ticket Status
- Link to AT&T BusinessDirect login screen for the detailed ticket information
