User Preferences
Note: The following appears only if you are provisioned for Managed Services.
The Table Rows per Page drop-down list allows you to set the maximum number of rows
that appear in tables. While the default is 100 rows, possible values
include 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, and 500.
The Session Length drop-down list lets you select the time interval after which your Managed Services login
will time out.
Options include 6 hours, 12 hours (the default), or 1, 7, 14, or 30 day(s).
Note: A change in session length will not take effect until your next login.
To activate your user preferences, select the Update Profile command button at the bottom of the View/Edit User Profile screen.
Provisioned User Information
This section displays the following provisioned user information:
- Type of User: e.g., Regular or Company Administrator
- Network Services: Voice and Data Services you are provisioned for, if any
- Privileges: e.g., Ticket Auto-Status Notification
To activate your user preferences, select the Update Profile command button at the bottom of the View/Edit User Profile screen.
Authorized Functional Area, Company/Client Name, Org Group, and Services Lines
Note: This section appears only if you are provisioned for Managed Services.
This section lists the Functional Areas, MCNs, GRC/SOCs, Company/Client Names, Org Groups (Account IDs), and associated Service Lines for which you are provisioned. All fields
are read-only.
Command Buttons
The following command buttons are at the bottom of the View/Edit User Profile screen:
- Update Profile saves the changes you made in the User Preferences section to your user profile.
- View MCN Details opens a window where you can examine your MCNs
and their associated GRC/SOC, Agency Name, Agency ID (AHC), Contract Number, and Contract Description.
- View Managed Services and Products opens a window that lists your provisioned managed services and their accompanying products.
- Reset Form restores the User Preferences options to their state when the View/Update User Profile screen was last opened.
- Cancel closes the View/Edit User Profile screen without saving changes to the User Preferences section.
