Supported Browsers

The following web browsers are supported for AT&T eMaintenance in Microsoft® Windows®:
  • Internet Explorer® v7.0 and above (v7.0 and v8.0 are recommended)
  • Firefox v3.0 and above
  • Safari v3.0 and above
  • Chrome v2.0 and above

Recommended Settings

The following browser settings are recommended for AT&T eMaintenance:
  • SSL should be set to 2.0. To do this in Internet Explorer 7:
    1. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
    2. In the Internet Options window, select the Advanced tab.
    3. In the Advanced tab, select the Use SSL 2.0 checkbox.
    4. Click the Apply and OK buttons.
  • Pop-up blocker software should be disabled.
